Description
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Coalville on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in Vehicle Solutions, part of Motability Operations Limited, the UK's largest vehicle leasing company, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that parts are monitored and priced for any vehicles that are in consideration for refurbishment and sent for authorisation in a timely manner. Ensuring all parts are ordered and relevant system/documents are updated to reflect parts ordered/arrived, reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, you will also be collaborating with other teams, booking out parts and consumables.
You will be working alongside another Parts Advisor and the Workshop Control Team to help achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and troubleshoot any problems that may arise in obtaining parts, assisting with the receiving and distribution of parts and consumables to the Bodyshop Team.
This role will be working 45-hours power week, Mon-Fri 07:00-17:00.
Qualifications
The ability to be able to demonstrate effective time management, the Parts Advisor would need to be self-organised, structured and methodical in their approach, be an effective communicator and a Team Player, as this role requires a large amount of contact with many departments.
