Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based near Beccles.
For this position, they would also consider a trainee wanting to get into the industry. Our clients are happy to consider either a Part or Full time candidate
The successful Sales Negotiator will receive:
1. Basic salary of up to £22,000
2. OTE £29,000+

Working Days:
6. Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays.
7. Each Saturday you work, you will receive a day off in lieu.
Sales Negotiator requirements:
8. Experience within a sales / KPI driven environment - ideally an estate agency but not essential
9. Team player
10. Willing to go the extra mile
11. Ambitious and highly driven
12. UK clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
Key duties for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:

14. Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
15. Arrange and attend viewings
16. Greeting buyers & vendors
17. Registering customers
18. Matching requirements & arranging viewings
19. Calling out new properties
