As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our skill games while delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games.

Responsibilities
* Operate and manage skill games, ensuring games run smoothly and clients have an engaging experience.
* Provide high-quality customer service to guests, answering questions and assisting with game-related needs.
* Maintain a safe and clean gaming area, following company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
* Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
* Honest, reliable and a strong work ethic.
* Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
* Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
* Reliable transportation due to site location.
