Major Incident Manager - High-threat government environment. Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Major Incident Manager for an initial 6 assignments with the option to extend. Location: London / Hybrid The ideal candidate will have an active SC or DV clearance and a strong background in Incident Management within a high-threat government environment. Skills and experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a 24/7 incident management team, including response and Tier 2/3 escalation. Demonstrated ability to restore critical IT services, validate recovery actions, and ensure that all activities are thoroughly documented in ServiceNow and MI dashboards. Experience in problem management, change management, and service continuity planning. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) in secure environments, such as Defence or Central Government. Industry certifications, including a Service Management foundation qualification such as ITIL.
