Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Despatch Administrator to join their team.
As a Despatch Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting efficient despatch operations. Working closely with internal departments, you will ensure customer orders are accurately prepared, processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Job Description
Coordinate day-to-day despatch activities to ensure orders are shipped on time
Prepare, allocate and consolidate customer orders for UK and international delivery
Arrange transport and select cost-effective shipping methods
Produce and check all required shipping and export documentation
Carry out post-despatch checks to ensure smooth delivery
Verify carrier invoices and maintain accurate customer and export records

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in office-based customer service or administration
Background in logistics, export, or manufacturing environments
Highly organised with strong time management skills
