What We’re Looking For – Front of House Team Leader
* You’re confident, organised, and love to lead from the front
* You’ve got a solid background in restaurants or premium pubs
* You thrive under pressure and know how to keep the vibe alive
* You’ve got strong communication and decision-making skills
* You’re passionate about food, drinks, and exceptional guest service
* You’re 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, inspire and energise the team every shift
* Run the floor like a pro – from briefings to service and beyond
* Deliver flawless guest experiences and solve challenges with style
* Help train, coach, and develop team members to be their best
* Drive upselling and promotions with confidence
* Coordinate reservations, manage seating, and handle any guest queries with charm
* Ensure cash, stock and safety procedures are always on point
* Be the right hand to our management team – bringing ideas, energy, and solutions
