We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Reward Analyst to work for a London headquartered business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s compensation strategy, ensuring practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate compensation structures, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
* Conduct in-depth salary benchmarking and market analysis to support decision-making.
* Develop and refine job grading and pay scales using data-driven methodologies.
* Provide expert guidance on compensation practices, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and equity adjustments.
* Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and implement compensation programs.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to pay and benefits.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
* Lead or support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus calculations.
* Address compensation-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in compensation analysis, ideally at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and analytical techniques.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
