Responsibilities
* Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines.
* Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement.
* Offering companionship for emotional well-being.
* Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required, such as laundry and light cleaning.
* Accompanying clients to activities and appointments.
* Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders.
* Meal preparation and planning to clients' specific requirements.
* Embracing opportunities to enrich the lives of our clientele.
* Food shopping and prescription collection if and when required.
Qualifications & Skills
* No prior experience or qualifications are required to join our team, though some experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is useful (e.g., caring for a family member or voluntary experience).
* You will be caring, kind, compassionate, trustworthy, honest and have a friendly personality.
* You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, enjoy building professional friendships, and be comfortable spending time with others.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required).
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to participate in onboarding and in-house training; opportunity to complete Care Certificates and, if desired, enrolment on City & Guilds NVQ level courses.

* Hourly rate of £13:25 - £13:75 per hour plus additional paid travel time and mileage.
* Bank Holidays paid at double time.
* Flexible working with a variety of shift patterns between 07:00 - 21:00, seven days a week.
