The Account Executive will be part of the Talent Solutions business and will focus on tapping into potential customer opportunities and generating new business for the market. You will:
* Prospect to build pipelines and establish strong personal relationships with prospects
* Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
* Consistently close new business at or above quota level
* Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory and share competitive information
* Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice for improvement
* Develop and share best practices to strengthen the team
What success looks like:
* Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams
* Proactively solve problems outside your area and take on additional initiatives as they arise
* Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to achieving company objectives
* Utilize systems and tools effectively to develop and maintain accurate forecasts
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
* Fluency in Dutch
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SaaS opportunities
* Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
* Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
