Nail Technician Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Part Time, skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will utilise your expertise in nail art, manicure, and pedicure techniques while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
* Apply nail polish and perform nail art techniques to meet client preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
* Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and techniques to enhance service offerings.
* Ensure all equipment is sanitised and maintained to uphold hygiene standards.
Experience
* Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Must be able to do Gel, Acrylic, Biab, Removals, soak off and stay up to date with trending designs.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
* Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not essential.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
