Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be partnering with our very well established client in the Derbyshire area as they embark on their next 2 year plan to grow the business further. This is a unique opportunity to make this role your own in an environment of autonomy, joining them at a time for exciting plans to shape and grow the business. The role is Hybrid, with 2 days a week required in Matlock, with occasional quarterly travel.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, as HR Business Partner, you'll work directly with the senior leadership team to drive the people agenda across a permanent workforce of approximately 350 employees. Your focus will be on aligning HR strategy, enabling effective workforce planning, engagement, and development.
This is a genuinely strategic role, influencing the change of a traditional operation mindset into in a more dynamic, fast-paced, and commercially driven environment. The HR BP will lead in all areas such as Engagement & wellbeing, Talent & Succession, Early careers, Change management.
About you
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will be a strong strategic business partner, used to a fast paced environment, where you will manage a number of key stakeholder relationships across a wide range of business divisions. We seek a candidate with an appetite for change, excited for a challenge, used to influencing at the top level. You will have a background within a unionised blue collar environment to bring your expertise of workforce culture and challenges, to enable change and growth.
