Radiology Department Assistant | HCA | Spire Bristol | Bank | 0 Hour Contract
Spire Bristol have an exciting opportunity to join our bank as a Radiology Assistant in the imaging department.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Chaperoning ultrasound scans
2. Setting up sterile trolleys and supporting for invasive procedures
3. Safety check and patient positioning in MRI
4. Cannulation of patients prior to MRI and CT
5. Coordinating patient lists and managing fast paced and variable workload
6. Assisting in other areas and examinations as required
Who we're looking for
7. Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical/acute environment
8. Experience or knowledge of imaging desirable but not essential
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
10. NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
Working Hours: Zero-hour contract, Adhoc shifts - Monday - Sat between the hours of 7:15-20:15.
