Maintain and update health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and incident reports.
Conduct workplace inspections, toolbox talks, and H&S inductions.
Deliver training on manual handling, machinery safety, and risk awareness.
Oversee compliance with UK H&S legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, RIDDOR, LOLER).
Champion a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a health & safety role within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
Recognised H&S qualification (IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical application.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence positive safety practices.
Organised, proactive, and confident working independently.
