Overview

21 hours per week

2 positions available

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our highly motivated team as a Response Coordinator. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality support to people in the community.


Job Purpose

As a Response Coordinator, you will:

* Plan and implement weekly work schedules for a large team of community support workers.
* Liaise with the people we support, staff, and professionals to ensure care is delivered effectively and compassionately.
* Provide administrative support within the office, including handling calls and maintaining clear communication across the service.
* Occasionally undertake direct care duties as needed.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

* Is reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
* Has strong IT skills, including experience with electronic rostering systems or Excel.
* Can communicate clearly and empathetically with individuals and teams.
* Has a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Is literate and numerate, with practical experience in a relevant work environment.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.


Desirable Skills

* Ability to explain technical or legislative information with clarity.
* Experience in managing schedules and responding to service needs flexibly.
* Knowledge of ICT systems and accurate record-keeping.
