Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and testing within social housing properties. Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding, and electrical upgrades. Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and relevant electrical safety standards. Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Follow safe working practices across all aspects of the job. Required Qualifications & Experience City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (essential) AM2 qualification (desirable) Experience in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred) Full UK driving licence Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards Desirable Qualifications City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent Additional electrical certifications or specialist training courses
