This post is part‑time, 14 hours per week for a fixed term until 2029. The full‑time salary would be £67,237 – £74,966 (incl. LWA), and the salary stated above is the pro‑rata amount.
The Centre for Employment Research (CER) specialises in experimental and quasi‑experimental methods to investigate what works in education and employment policy. CER staff analyse population‑level datasets and run employer trials to test workplace interventions. We have collaborated with Acas to commercialise interventions from ESRC‑funded studies that support managers.
We are looking to strengthen the CER team with a Principal Research Fellow in Conflict Management. Applicants should have a strong record of research, influence on practice, and discourse across legal, HR and policy professions; secure their own funding as Principal Investigator; and provide leadership to researchers in mixed‑methods investigations.
