Job Title: CNC Machinist – Motorsport Precision Engineering
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (DOE) + overtime at 1.5x
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 20 days

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a dynamic team producing high-precision components for the motorsport industry. The successful candidate will work with 5-axis CNC milling machines, primarily using Heidenhain controls and Visi CAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines for precision part production
* Program and edit CNC machines using Heidenhain controls
* Use Visi CAM software for offline programming
* Work with high-performance materials including carbon fiber
* Conduct in-process quality checks to meet exacting specifications
* Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience with CNC milling and 5-axis machining
* Skilled in Heidenhain programming and operation
* Strong ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T
* Experience in motorsport or performance engineering environments is preferred
* Comfortable machining carbon fiber components
* Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
