We have an opportunity for a Claims Relationship Manager to support our Retail Claims team here at AXA. You’ll be the face of claims externally, working closely with our customers and broker network to win and retain profitable business. You’ll provide exceptional stakeholder management and administration, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support throughout their claims journey. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting brokers or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring actions are completed and expectations are managed effectively.
* Onboard new business with sales and underwriting teams to enhance profitability and growth.
* Gather and share market and competitor insights to maintain a competitive edge.
* Identify and resolve issues within the claims proposition to enhance customer outcomes.
* Promote AXA's claims proposition and drive awareness of digital claims options.
* Collaborate with claims operations and supply chain for successful onboarding of new business.
* Seek feedback from various business areas to drive improvements in claims relationship management.
* Analyse external feedback to enhance the customer claims journey.
* Provide the Retail network with consistent, validated management information.

What you’ll bring:
* Insurance knowledge and experience essential, knowledge of Claims/Underwriting preferred.
* Ability to influence outcomes and foster harmonious relationships.
* Previous experience working with intermediary business partners desirable
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
* Highly self-motivated, capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
* Experience developing and delivering business profitable growth initiatives.
* Ability to influence people / situations in order to achieve optimum results and maintain key relationships.
* Desire and ability to make a difference without instruction.
* High level of self-motivation and the ability to work both as part of a team and on their own.
* Good Business/Market awareness advantageous.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
