Ad Hoc Campaign Development & Execution (65%)
1. Lead the ideation and execution of ad hoc social media campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
2. Develop pitch materials to sell campaign ideas, including message houses, content strategies, and creative direction.
3. Craft and oversee social media content—static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels/TikToks—ensuring each piece fits the campaign vision and platform best practices.
4. Develop content concepts, shot lists, and scripts for Reels/TikTok to ensure high-quality storytelling and engagement.
5. Coordinate and guide content production teams, from initial concept to final execution.
6. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future efforts based on insights and learnings.
Creator Outreach, Briefing & Material Development
7. Identify and filter appropriate creators or KOLs who align with the campaign’s objectives and brand voice.
8. Develop creator briefs and guide them in producing content that meets client expectations.
9. Ensure creator-generated content is brand-aligned, engaging, and meets platform best practices.
10. Manage ongoing communication and partnerships with creators throughout the campaign.
Event Coverage & Content Creation (10%)
11. Cover approximately five (5) key events annually, capturing real-time content for IG/FB Stories, Event Recap Reels, and static posts.
12. Conduct on-site shooting and interviews, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned storytelling.
13. Manage post-event content creation, including editing or guiding editors to produce high-quality recap videos and social media posts.
14. Travel may be required for event coverage, including overnight stays for locations outside Metro Manila.
Assist in Project Pitches, Social Media/KOL Research

15. Pitch Deck Support – Gather industry insights, design slides, and structure presentations to highlight social media strategies and ROI.
16. Keyword Research – Identify trending and high-impact keywords for organic and paid campaigns using SEO tools.
17. Competitor Analysis – Track competitor content, engagement, and ad strategies to refine social media approaches.
18. Trend Monitoring – Use social listening tools to spot emerging trends, hashtags, and audience conversations.
19. Performance Insights – Analyze past campaigns and competitor success to optimize future strategies.
