You will synchronize supply and demand, safeguard on-time delivery, and shrink past-due revenue by orchestrating a master schedule that connects S&OP intent to factory reality across multiple sites. You’ll architect capacity strategies, uplift data integrity in ERP/MRP, and drive continuous improvement that accelerates flow and trims inventory. Key outcomes Master schedule consistently aligned with forecasts and S&OP, spanning sites/product lines. Order promise confidence through rigorous checks of labor/machine capacity, materials, and design readiness. Forward-looking capacity plans and reports with risks made visible and actionable. Flawless execution via accurate work orders, BOMs, planning parameters, and lifecycle updates in ERP/MRP. Improved performance against KPIs: on-time start/completion/delivery, lead-time adherence, aging orders, labor/material variances. Root causes identified and eliminated through Lean/Kaizen and best-practice finite/constraint-based scheduling. Integrated NPI launches with coordinated, cross-functional readiness. Supply plans synchronized with demand through tight collaboration with Purchasing. Data-driven visibility using Power BI, SQL, and ERP reporting; KPIs established and reviewed monthly to mitigate risk. Qualifications Must be able to work on government contracts directly or access shared data resources 7 years in Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling Bachelor’s degree ERP/MRP mastery (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Multi-site/global planning experience preferred End-to-end understanding of manufacturing data flow, from design to shipment Ability to lead and collaborate across functions and levels Analytical strength, problem-solving rigor, and continuous learning orientation Proven results delivering and sustaining process improvements Knowledge of different business models and how they shape planning/execution Preferred APICS CPIM or CSCP Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Background in regulated, lot-controlled, or clean room operations Experience with Lean and Visual Factory tools Work arrangement Fully site based Compensation The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000k. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
