The Role and Your Responsibilities
Managing the full scope of conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
Working autonomously to ensure the smooth progression of client files.
Delivering a high level of client-focused service with clear, proactive communication.
Utilising a case management system (experience is a plus).
Contributing to the supportive and busy environment of the Kingswinford office.
What You Will Bring
~ The firm is looking for a capable and established professional who can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload effectively.
~2+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent qualifying experience).
~ Proven experience successfully managing your own established caseload of residential sales and purchases.
~ Demonstrable project management, diligence, and strong people skills.
~ A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, ready to work in a busy, client-focused environment.
