Acting as Principal Contractor, they manage projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and long-term client relationships. Role Overview The Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of hospitality, pub and commercial fit-out projects nationwide. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
