Mentor Business Systems now has an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to join our growing business in Huddersfield. The main goal of this role is to deliver exceptional support services to our customers, maintaining Mentor’s market position as a leading provider of service management software solutions within the security industry.
Job Description
1. Provide front-line telephone support ensuring customers receive timely, professional, and efficient service.
2. Ensure all technical support calls are completed within response times and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
3. Maintain support-related documentation and processes promptly and accurately.
4. Work 37.5 hours per week, from 8:30 to 17:00.
Qualifications
1. Background in phone-based customer service.
2. IT savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
