About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our close-knit, supportive team. Working under the guidance of the Parts Manager and Parts Advisor, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting both our customers and Technicians by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with the sale and supply of parts to customers and workshop staff.
* Answering customer enquiries in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
* Helping to manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries and organizing collections (some manual handling involved).
* Supporting the team in the smooth daily running of the parts department.
* Learning how to identify customer needs and provide the best product or service solutions.

Key Information
* Working Pattern: 40 hours a week Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm at 1.5x OT
* You must have GCSEs, Functional Skills, or Key Skills at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). If your grades are below this level we can talk through your options for taking Functional Skills in Maths and/or English as part of your apprenticeship.
