The Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive
Marketing Assistant
to support our marketing team in delivering effective
offline, customer-facing marketing campaigns
and promoting our products and services. In this role, you will assist with
face-to-face marketing activities
. The position requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and distribution of
offline marketing materials
and communications for customers
* Support
customer-facing initiatives
, including events, promotions, and in-person campaigns
* Assist with data collection and reporting to measure customer engagement and
offline campaign effectiveness
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
* Maintain marketing databases and update customer-facing content as needed
* Engage directly with customers and colleagues to gather feedback and support campaigns
