We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician for a contract role covering the Coventry area. This position focuses on electrical testing within social housing properties. Role Overview:
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR testing within occupied properties, ensuring all installations are safe, compliant, and completed to a high standard. The role will involve working across Coventry and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out EICR testing in social housing properties
Identifying and reporting remedial works
Completing certification and documentation accurately
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
Providing professional and courteous service to tenants
We are looking for an Electrician who has:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
2391 Testing & Inspecting
18th Edition
AM2
Previous experience within social housing
Full UK driving license
