You’ll be the go-to expert managing inventory through the powerful Stirling Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring new titles are booked in swiftly and stock is precisely placed for seamless operations. Location: Menzies Distribution, Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway West, Coventry CV3 4PB Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Hours: 14:00pm - 18:00pm Salary: £14.02 per hour What you’ll be doing: Oversee and manage day books for stock movement through the warehouse, utilizing the Stirling Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Coordinate the efficient booking-in of new titles within the Goods In department. Monitor and direct stock flow across the warehouse, ensuring timely placement in designated storage or processing areas. Communicate professionally with customers via email, providing updates and resolving queries regarding incoming stock. Address and manage warehouse issues, including the handling of quarantined or non-compliant titles. Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets to support customer reporting and performance feedback. Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support warehouse operations and ensure smooth daily workflows.
