Our superb client, a growing industry leader in their sector, are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, working full-time at their stunning offices outside Cosham.
As a Operations Executive, you will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners; handling enquiries, processing administrative and system access requests, and providing support to the Customer Claims team.
What you'll be doing:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
* Process customer information efficiently.
* Maintain and update customer records and databases.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
* Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, and office support, to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
