Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. Key Responsibilities
Safeguarding & Risk
* Promote and support Psicon's client safety culture.
* Support Clinical Leads for Risk and Triage with daily tasks, projects, and ad-hoc administrative duties.
* Monitor the safeguarding inbox, responding to or escalating enquiries in a timely manner.
* Log safeguarding and risk notices, and follow up with external parties and staff to ensure actions are taken.
* Take minutes at safeguarding and risk-related meetings and communicate actions clearly to relevant staff.
Subject Access Requests (SARs)
* Monitor the SAR inbox and respond promptly to internal and external enquiries.
* Ensure valid consent is obtained for young people aged 12+ in line with UK GDPR.
* Review and redact SARs appropriately, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ICO guidance, and safeguarding considerations.
* Ensure statutory SAR deadlines are met, escalating delays or issues where necessary.
Key Criteria For The Role
* Proven experience in a safeguarding role, with direct involvement in managing or supporting safeguarding processes.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
* Experience working to KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use sound judgement and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
* Resilience under pressure, maintaining professionalism at all times.
* A strong commitment to client care and delivering the highest standards of service.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with colleagues.

* Adhere to Psicon's policies and procedures, keeping up to date with changes.
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
* Demonstrate awareness of safeguarding and follow company policy when raising concerns.
