We are seeking a junior Application Support Analyst, ideally with experience in professional services, who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role is perfect for someone with around 2 - 3 years of application support experience, strong customer service skills, and a genuine desire to learn, grow and be developed within a collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide day‑to‑day support for business applications used across the firm.
* Build a strong understanding of the systems and processes you support.
* Liaise with vendors, business users, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
* Assist with installations, upgrades, and small system enhancements.
* Help document issues and solutions to maintain a clear and useful knowledge base.
* Support audit, reporting, and ad‑hoc data requests from the business.
* Contribute to improving processes and identifying opportunities for smarter working.
* Participate in reviewing user access, licensing, and application roles.
* Work collaboratively with wider IT and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in Application Support (not general IT Support).
* Strong customer service background - friendly, engaging, and confident with users.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and the drive to grow in the role.
* Ability to problem‑solve and manage incoming priorities in a busy environment.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience supporting any compliance‑related systems.
* SQL familiarity (not required at an advanced level).
* Exposure to Confluence and Jira.
* Understanding of professional services workflows.
