The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEN by: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group interventions Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities Supporting the creation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Encouraging a positive, inclusive classroom culture Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure pupil progress What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who has: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience working with children or young people with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset A willingness to complete our free safeguarding training Why Join Teaching Personnel?
