Job Description Resillion was spun-out of Eurofins Digital Testing and acquired in late 2022 by Stirling Square Capital Partners, a leading private equity PE. The company has ambitious growth plans and as part of that focus, is now keen to attract an experienced and successful Global Head of Sales to head up growth. The key remit for this high-visibility role is be to build and lead a high-performing new business sales teams with specific focus on Quality Engineering Software Testing and Cyber Security services. Based in the UK and reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT Services space – including QE Software Testing and Cybersecurity. We seek candidates with a proven track record of personal new business sales growth as well as building and leading highly motivated teams. Experience Required: Proven success leading enterprise new business growth in the UK – experience in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands or the US would be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT services space. Proven experience in building, growing and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies and operating in a matrix organisation structure. An ability to clearly articulate sales process and approach. MEDDIC / Challenger Sales trained or similar would be an advantage. Experience working in private equity owned companies would be an advantage. Proven success at coaching and mentoring individuals to peak performance. Willing and able to travel globally as required. As the Global Head of New Business Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Cyber and QE Software Testing business through leading and mentoring a teams of dedicated new business specialists.
