Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Newham Full Time | Term Time Only | October 2025 Start Up to £125 per day | Long Term Role (Temp to Perm) Long Term Futures are working with a large, well-regarded secondary school in Newham to appoint a dedicated and confident Behaviour Mentor to join the pastoral support team from September 2025. The school has a strong, supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and a proactive approach to student wellbeing. You'll be working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting students with a range of behavioural needs-some of whom require consistent structure, 1:1 support, and emotional regulation strategies. This role is ideal for someone with experience in youth mentoring, pastoral support, or SEMH provision, looking to make a meaningful impact in a structured school environment.
