We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will support our Sales Office Manager and help ensure seamless operations from order to delivery. Duties to include : Convert quotes into orders and issue acknowledgements promptly. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to confirm accurate specifications. Proactively chase missing information from customers, end users, or sales reps. Keep all order details up to date and maintain accurate records. Work with customers and external agencies to prepare and approve signwriting layouts efficiently. Update customers on the progress of their orders and create weekly schedules as needed. Assist with customer visits and support the sales team with administrative tasks. Manage filing, archiving, and order documentation. Input quotes into our system when required. What were looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
