Overview
Are you passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Individual Restaurants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-presented Reception Host to join our team. As a Reception Host, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a positive first impression and a world class dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a positive first impression and a world class dining experience.
* Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests.
* Support the team with daily front-of-house operations as needed.
About You
* Previous experience as a Reception Host or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency.
