Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the office is always stocked, organised, and running seamlessly Manage supplies and liaising with cleaners and handling any maintenance issues Create a thriving workspace and be the first point of contact for guests, always being professional, friendly, and welcoming Manage meeting rooms Organise team lunches, social events, and wellbeing perks that keep morale high Coordinate initiatives and fun events to keep the team inspired and connected Calendar management Handle the general inbox Oversee orders and shipping Occasionally assist with social media, studio events, and exhibitions Other duties as and when required What they're looking for: Professionalism and a great host!
