Dynamic, talented, and experienced CNC Machinists needed to set-up and operate Mori Seiki multi-axis lathe machines utilizing Fanuc controls.
As an addition to our team, you will work with exotic metals in a highly technical and close tolerance CNC Lathe operation.

Requirements for Success
* At least 3+ years of CNC multi-axis full set-up experience.
* Experience with quality control precision measures.
* Ability to perform routine calculations and use analytical skills to determine root causes of problems.
* Training in CNC machine operations.
* Training and experience using G-Code, Master CAM, and/or ESPRIT software.
What You Will Do
* Set up CNC Mori Seiki Lathe equipment, including entering instructions, setting tools, offsets, and proving programs.
* Verify settings by measuring positions and sample workpieces, adhering to standards.
* Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
* Document actions, irregularities, and needs to complete work activities.
