Assembly Operative
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire.
Our client specialises in delivering high-performance modular retail solutions across the UK and operates with a team of skilled and experienced professionals committed to quality and innovation.
Your role as an Assembly Operative
* Assembling components using hand and power tools
* Following technical drawings and instructions
* Conducting quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working area
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
* Experience using hand tools and power tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches)
* Ability to follow assembly instructions and technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
* Reliable and punctual
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment desirable
* Available to start immediately

Pay & Shifts
* £13 per hour
* 42.5 hours paid per week, 1 hour break split between 30 minutes of lunch, and two 15‑minute breaks not paid
