Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
Main duties of the job
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

About the Role
Please note that this is a fixed-term role until September 2026. The postholder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Wednesday evenings are required) and the annual salary is up to £26,000 (subject to experience). You will be working in the Criminal Justice team.
As an organisation we do not have a sponsorship license and are unable to provide sponsorship to live and work in the UK. Candidates are required to hold the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
