Job Overview
We’re looking for a .NET Developer (Mid-Level) to join our expanding development team. The team works in an Agile (Kanban) environment, delivering customer‑focused solutions aligned to our IT strategy.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions
* Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and support
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and shape requirements
* Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
* Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards
* Act as the customer’s voice and support delivery of customer‑first solutions across our platforms
* Use AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
* Apply critical thinking to AI‑generated outputs and balance AI‑driven efficiency with human insight
* Design and build robust .NET / C# applications and APIs
* Work across the full stack (APIs, databases, mobile, cloud)
* Build and manage cloud‑based solutions using Azure
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
* Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
* Maintain clear technical documentation (architecture, APIs)
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 4 years of experience as a .NET developer or similar role
* Strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, APIs, backend development)
* Experience with at least one of the following (ideally both):
* Experience working across full‑stack development (APIs, databases, and/or mobile/front‑end)
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders
* Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
* Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with end‑to‑end ownership
* Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies (desirable)
