Finished school or looking to switch to a truly satisfying career? You might think Law is out of the question without going to uni. Well, our Paralegal Apprenticeship will change that. It’ll give you the skills you need to start your career in one of the most rewarding sectors to work in and set you up in a Paralegal role here at the biggest food and drink company in the world. And all of that without a penny in student debt.
You’ll spend two years on the legal team that ensures compliance in areas including advertising, competition and employment law. You’ll help review advertising material, handle brand name queries and produce training and how-to guides on things like data protection and marketing to drive a compliance culture at Nestlé. You’ll have the support of an Academy Champion (a qualified lawyer) as well as the wider legal team, with whom you’ll build close connections.
About You
We’re looking for people who want a fulfilling legal career with a global business. To qualify, you’ll need at least 96 UCAS points and 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English Language at grades 9-4. Just as important is to be full of energy and enthusiasm for learning. Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 by the 1st of September 2025 and have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
