About The Role
This role will support the WMG SME Group Project Manager for Knowledge Exchange (KE) Programmes such as Interns and KTPs. It is operational and enabling in nature, taking ownership of day‑to‑day administration, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. The role ensures programmes are delivered efficiently, compliantly and consistently, providing a strong experience for interns, academics, and external partners, and high‑quality data for WMG Business Development, governance and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day programme administration and coordination
* Monitoring compliance and reporting for KE programmes
* Supporting the Project Manager to deliver programmes efficiently and consistently
* Ensuring high‑quality data for business development and governance purposes
About You
* Confident with a “can‑do” attitude and flexible approach to tasks
* Highly organised self‑starter able to prioritise workload to meet business needs
* Skilled communicator who builds and nurtures relationships with external partners and internal staff and students
* Proven experience of delivering/managing projects in a busy environment
