The contract performance manager is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of nationally and locally funded programs, such as the National Careers Service, Multiply, UKSPF, DPS, Princes Trust, and grant-funded projects.
This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business and customers, particularly in relation to contracts. This may involve working on various assignments that change on a daily basis, including managing contract performance, taking action when performance falls below expectations, coordinating contract delivery, and handling tasks related to staffing, recruitment, and timetabling.
The contract performance manager will also establish a network of collaborative partners to facilitate learner referrals, engage with employers and stakeholders to promote ETF provision, and work closely with the wider team to maintain the quality of contracts.
Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, new contract launches, and referrals, represent ETF at networking events, report contract performance to senior leadership, and provide positive stories and case studies highlighting success.

We are looking for somebody with excellent interpersonal skills alongside excellent time management.
To apply it is essential you have:
1. Level 4 Qualification in Business, Operations, Project management or equivalent
2. Literacy/Numeracy level 2 or equivalent
3. Experience of contract management (minimum 2 years)
4. Experience of people management (minimum 2 years)
5. Engaging with external stakeholders (minimum 2 years)
6. Experience of co-ordinating H&S, Risk Assessment
7. Excellent ICT skills, particularly MS Office and Teams
8. Ability to travel for work as required
