Social network you want to login/join with: About the role: BM Digital is looking for an experienced Media Buyer with 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience to join our growth team. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok for a portfolio of fast-scaling e-commerce clients. You’ll work closely with growth strategists, creative teams, and client partners to execute full-funnel campaigns, improve efficiency, and drive profitable customer acquisition. This is a performance-driven, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on in-platform work, data analysis, and constant iteration. We partner with high-growth DTC companies to drive customer acquisition through influencer marketing and conversion-optimized creative. With a team of 70+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives, we manage over 80,000 creator partnerships monthly and oversee $200M+ in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and Google. Our campaigns are rooted in creative testing frameworks, full-funnel analytics, and a bias toward action. We’re not just an agency - we’re a growth partner. Responsibilities: Execute and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a focus on performance and efficiency. Analyze campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and hit client KPIs. Collaborate with growth strategists on scaling strategies, testing roadmaps, and audience development. Provide feedback to creative strategists on which assets, hooks, or formats are delivering results — and which aren’t. Build structured tests across creative, offers, and placements to continually improve funnel performance. Monitor platform trends, policy changes, and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns compliant and competitive. Help prepare weekly reports and performance summaries using Looker Studio, GA4, and platform dashboards. Ideal candidate profile 4–7 years of paid media buying experience, ideally at a performance marketing agency or fast-growing e-commerce brand. Proven success managing Meta and Google campaigns (TikTok and YouTube experience a plus). Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and how to improve them. Comfortable building and managing campaigns end-to-end: audiences, placements, bid strategies, and more. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with strategists, creatives, and analysts. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Compensation: This is a full-time, remote position. The compensation ran ge is $70K—$125K USD annually, which includes base, performance bonus, and equity package Location: Our team operates remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
