What we are looking for
We are seeking a confident individual who believes they can deliver excellent pre-planned lessons to various age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA ready for a step up, comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. Alternatively, you could be an aspiring teacher currently working with children and seeking to develop your skills—cover supervisor experience is invaluable for this. If you are resilient and confident, this role is ideal for you. Prior experience working with children, whether through tutoring, coaching, or TAing, is essential.
The role
The school we collaborate with has an excellent reputation, maintains high behaviour standards, and holds all students and staff accountable—teaching essential life lessons. They focus on delivering engaging, dynamic lessons, providing thoughtful student care, and fostering a hard-working attitude.
The role involves supervising pupils and executing pre-prepared exercises during staff short-term absences. Good communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for working with children are required.
