About You & The Role
As a Registered Manager, you will lead our care teams to deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and work closely with staff to foster a trauma-informed, safe, and person-centred environment. The role involves managing staff recruitment, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and developing partnerships.
We offer a salary range of £47,500 - £55,000 per annum for registered and qualified managers, with a lower initial salary for those in the process of registration or qualification. We seek passionate, dedicated leaders committed to making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Staff recruitment, deployment, and management.
* Ensure high-quality care delivery and compliance with standards.
* Manage budgets, oversee quality audits, and maintain regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement care plans, risk assessments, and activity programs.
* Build effective relationships with authorities, inspectors, and stakeholders.
* Lead strategic planning, business development, and team management.
* Ensure staff training, development, and statutory compliance.
* Investigate incidents, manage disciplinary processes, and stay updated on legislation and best practices.
Requirements include recent relevant experience in residential children's care, management experience, and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
