We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learning Design Analyst.
This role is part of the HSBCUK Enterprise Learning Team, working within the Learning Design Practise. It reports to the Learning Solutions Manager and collaborates with both UK and global teams, including external vendors, to develop and maintain high-quality learning solutions that align with HSBC's strategic goals.

In this role you’ll:
* Develop effective learning solutions that address business needs and create value, including blended learning pathways and curriculums
* Maintain and support relationships with Learning Solutions Specialists, Learning Consultants, and external vendors
* Provide commercially appropriate design consultancy and creative input into learning design solutions
* Ensure learning solutions take advantage of, and work in, our technical environment, including testing across multiple devices and platforms
* Support the modern learning approach, encouraging a shift to self-driven learner-led experiences
* Support internal customers in the creation of supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games)
* Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods to projects
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* SAP assessment and testing and experience building online assessment on LMS platforms is essential
* Instructional designer experience
* Project Management and expertise in Learning and Development, instructional design models, UX/UI principles
* Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
* Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
* Knowledge of online standards (SCORM) and course development software
