Key Result Areas: We are looking for an individual with specific experience in Hr matters and Legislation in the Republic of Ireland – although based will be London or the surrounding areas. Business Relationships & Strategic People Planning Build and maintain key business relationships with key stakeholders and the wider People team Understand the business challenges, opportunities and context of the areas you support to ensure that you are a valued thinking partner, developing fit for purpose people plans and delivering relevant advice and guidance Provide advice and guidance to the leaders on employment matters, influencing management around the people agenda to maximise performance Performance Management & Development Champion a high-performance culture through the effective management of goals/performance reviews, personal development plans etc. Support managers in conducting performance discussions and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary, building managers knowledge, skills and behaviours to create high performing teams Talent Management & Recruitment Support the delivery of fit for purpose onboarding and induction to colleagues Review exit data to identify areas for improvement where appropriate Collaborate with business to embed our talent strategies, succession plans, and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs Identify high-potential employees and ensure development plans are in place to nurture their skills and career growth. Culture Work with your stakeholders to drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction within the business functions. Partner with business leaders to create a positive work environment and foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, belonging and wellbeing, providing active support and challenge as well as practical initiatives Support annual employee engagement process Provision of Advice and Guidance/Employee Relations Provide professional advice and coaching support in areas of people management and employment in line with appropriate HR policies and processes. Work with the wider People teams to ensure consistency in the management/resolution of employee relations issues End to end ownership of non-complex ER cases in business areas HR Data & Insight Gather and review data and find ways to provision this to stakeholders in a practical and useful way to support decisions related to workforce. Knowledge, qualifications and experience Experience operating as a HR business partner to the operational business. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to communicate and partner effectively with a variety of stakeholders in different functions Good commercial acumen, leadership and transformational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment An up-to-date and working knowledge of employment legislation, ideally with some knowledge of TUPE. Pragmatic: able to deliver HR guidance in a fast paced, complex environment, and communicates clearly and openly to win support.
