Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead implementation of technical systems and standards
* Explore and integrate BIM workflows and AI applications to improve efficiency
* Act as Principal Designer with strong understanding of CDM regulations and H and S compliance
* Mentor team members and enhance overall technical capability
* Lead efficient, commercially aware project delivery across multiple schemes
* Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect or Technologist with substantial experience in a technical or delivery:focused role
* Proven leadership skills and a proactive, improvement:driven mindset
* Experience designing to high thermal efficiency standards (e.g. Passivhaus)
* Strong expertise in BIM and interest in AI innovation in architecture
* Excellent technical knowledge of detailing, construction, and UK regulations
* Supportive team player and skilled communicator
* Proficient in 3D CAD and confident in hand sketching
* Calm, focused, and solutions:oriented under pressure
