Job Title: Operations Data Analyst Location: Rochester, Kent. The Operations Analyst team: Working with a small team you will be the key systems interface for the Support / Repairs Function, data solution needs. This will involve representing the site at software upgrades and evaluating new software solutions, while maintaining the Departments bespoke Access databases, producing metrics, ad hoc reporting, troubleshooting queries, data testing post Oracle upgrades & patches, and data loading information into the business system.
